Start the Title buy the area you're in, for example I'm in Edinburgh, so I'd put Edinburgh then add the item that is for sale, free, or the bargain you've seen. If I were trying to get rid of a bike for free I'd list it as: Edinburgh - Mens Bike - Free

then in the message body post something like this:

Hi everyone I have a men's 19 inch Raleigh in East Edinburgh, you can contact me via Private Message here or email, email address: gav@saverscene.com
