1 year fixed ISA, best interest rate is Leeds BS, 1 Year Fixed Rate ISA (Issue 29).
2 year ISA, highest interest rate is offered by Halifax for a 2 year fixed ISA.
3 year ISA, best interest rate is from Aldermore Bank offering fixed rate of 3.8%
A few updates and changes for Saving accounts, ISA and Credit Cards have stayed the same as last week.

This week we actually see increases in interest rates for savings, the best instant access savings and ISA have both increased, not by much but any rise is better than none! Also the 1 year fixed rate savings account has also had an increase in interest rate. Credit cards have maintained the same interest rates and periods for interest free spending and balance transfers:

About all that has really happened recently in the best buy tables is that in the Loans forum Nationwide have introduced a new lower interest rate loan: Nationwide Personal Loan, now down to 6.3% lowest interest rate personal loan. with an interest rate of 6.3%! Other than that the 1 year fixed term savings accounts switched places again with United National Bank offering the best 1 year fixed term savings! The rest is exactly the same as last week:

Not a great deal of changes this week, the longest interest free balance transfer credit card has gone from 21 months to 22 months and the 5 year fixed rate savings accounts interest rates have dropped, but other than that there's no massive differences!
