Northern Rock are offering the best 5 year fixed rate ISA Bond with an interest rate of 4.10%, not as good as the Halifax, 4 year fixed rate ISA, Halifax Fixed Rate ISA Saver 4.25% If I were locking cash in now I'd be going for the shorter periods, 1 year isa bonds or maybe 2 year isa bonds, personally I'm trying to keep everything instant access.
