Thread: Halifax, 4 year fixed rate ISA, Halifax Fixed Rate ISA Saver 4.25%

I haven't listed a best 4 year fixed rate ISA before due to expecting Bank of England base interest rates to go up. I have a feeling the Halifax feels the same as they're offering 4.25% for 4 years 0.9% more than their 3 year fixed rate isa, more information about the Halifax Fixed Rate ISA Saver 4.25%:
