I've been told that Santander have opened these ISAs up again, if any one has more on this please let me know. If you're a loyal Santander customer you can get 3.5%, if you're not the next best instant access ISA is from the AA, offering 3.35%

To open an AA Internet Access ISA you must be 18 or over. You must link your account to another bank or building society account (which must accept direct debits and be in your name) to transfer money effortlessly to and from your account. This will be your 'linked account'.
