Nationwide are still offering the best 1 year ISA with an interest rate of 3.2% however Santander have increased their instant access ISA to 3.5% for Loyal customers and 3.3% to new customers. With the Santander instant access ISA you can't transfer previous cash ISA in, making the Nationwide one the best for this.
