    5 year ISA, highest interest rate, Clydsdale Bank, Cash ISA Fixed Rate Bond Issue 11.

    Today we see a new highest interest rate for a fixed rate, fixed term 5 year ISA, it's from the Clydsdale Bank and they're offering an interest rate of 4.5% you can find more information here:

    Yorkshire Bank also offering 5 year ISA at best interest rate of 4.5%
