Statement from Scottish Power:
“Under the Online Energy Saver 12 Offer, your prices are guaranteed to remain a minimum of 2% below ScottishPower’s standard monthly Direct Debit gas and electricity prices until 29th February 2012. Please note that your monthly payments may vary depending on how much energy you use.

We may apply cancellation charges inclusive of VAT of £30 for electricity and £20 for gas if you switch to Online Energy Saver 12 but then cancel your supply contract or switch to another tariff before the 29th February 2012. These charges will be amended, if there is a change in the VAT rate at any time or times before 29th February 2012, by an amount equivalent to the change in the VAT rate. These charges will not be applied if the supply contract is cancelled due to a home move.”

PRICING & DISCOUNT INFORMATION:

- The Online Energy Saver 12 prices track at a minimum of 2% below current standard monthly Direct Debit prices.
- In line with the change to the pricing structure change for standard customers effective 31st March 2010 the gas primary block threshold will be 670kWh per quarter for the Online Energy Saver 12 product.
- Dual Fuel and Online discounts remain as per standard.

Q: What happens if standard prices fall during the period of the offer?

A: Your unit rates will change accordingly BUT will always remain a minimum of 2% lower than our standard monthly Direct Debit prices.

Q: What happens if I decide to leave the Offer before the 29th February 2012?

A: We may apply cancellation charges inclusive of VAT of £30 for electricity and £20 for gas if you switch to Online Energy Saver 12 but then cancel your supply contract or switch to another tariff before the 29th February 2012. Q. My gas is supplied by an Independent Gas Transporter (IGT), Can I sign up to the Offer?

A. Yes, Online Energy Saver 12 Offer is available to IGT customers, however, these customers will need to pay the IGT premium of £42 (inc. VAT) a year.

Q: If I move house can I take the Online Energy Saver 12 Offer with me?

A: No. However you will be entitled to apply for any of our offers available at the time.
