A fair bit has changed this week, almost all the ISAs are new as well as the Savings accounts, the Credit cards are all the same but Barclaycard have increased their APR on the lowest interest rate credit card on the market. Once again this week almost everything is the same, rather flat and little changing, I doubt there will be much change in the ISA and savings markets until early March as banks and building societies rush to get our savings, hopefully we'll see offers like March 2010, instant access from Santander 3.5% 12 month tracker always 3% more than bank of england base rate.
