Once again this week almost everything is the same, rather flat and little changing, I doubt there will be much change in the ISA and savings markets until early March as banks and building societies rush to get our savings, hopefully we'll see offers like March 2010, instant access from Santander 3.5% 12 month tracker always 3% more than bank of england base rate.
