hey everyone, I've done far too much over the last few days and ended up with the major pins and needles of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, in the hand I had surgery on, keeping me awake all night.

I was told to wait 12 weeks before doing too much typing, but I felt fine after 8 weeks, seems it wasn't long enough; that's why the doctors are doctors and I'm not!

This means I won't be doing the updates for another month or so, I will continue to remove any spam that idiots post.
